Keep moving on...

Our first step is to contact by phone or Skype to get to know each other- An opportunity to ask questions. A time for us to explore what brings you to therapy at this moment. By the time we end our initial contact we should have an idea whether  I  am able to help you and we would like to  work together- Ready to begin the therapeutic journey.

In certain situations in life, you can experience vulnerability which can trigger anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship problems that could lead to negative thoughts- Causing mental health deterioration.   Difficulties may be connected to a wide range of experiences such as family relationships, loss, bereavement, change, divorce, friendships, separation and childhood experiences which you may not want to remember.

With more serious mental health issues you may be advised to take medication. However, counselling and psychotherapy is a treatment option to help you understand what is going on with you. A good mental health therapist will help you to take control and manage your symptoms. With deeper awareness of the foundation of the problem.
