I am a registered accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and as such is regulated by their own ethical framework, policies and standards.  I received my BACP Accreditation in 2007 and UKRCP in 2008. As a specialising Psychodynamic Psychotherapist, my initial training was Integrative counselling. My passion to find the root cause of mental health issues and treatment to manage mental health wellbeing led me to specialise in Psychoanalysis.

I have over 10 years’ experience in providing short term counselling and long term psychotherapy on a wide range of mental health issues. I tailor my approach to the individual and work creatively with compassion and kindness.  I have worked in GP surgeries, Inpatient Acute Psychiatry, Children’s centres’, Voluntary sector and in Private practice. I believe a good therapeutic relationship and trust in the process is central to one’s treatment & recovery.
